Cadangan Membina Dan Menyiapkan Bangunan Menara Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan Pasir Gudang (Menara Aqabah), Johor, MALAYSIA
Pasir Gudang Local Authority (PBTPG) intents to construct Aqabah Tower in Pasir Gudang Johor. The tower will be construct adjacent to existing Pasir Gudang’s complex. The TPM Technopark Sdn. Bhd. has been appointed as the Project Manager. In assisting with the civil and structural component of the project, DNA was appointed.
The proposed structure is a 20 stories building consist of PBT’s office at level 1, level 2 and level 11 to 20. While for the commercial area is proposed to be situated at Level 3. Level 4 to 10 will be allocated for commercial office.
The proposed building will be designed accordingly to reinforced concrete design practice by adopting the acceptable relevant code of practice and standards, namely international and local standards, which applicable.
