Cadangan Pembangunan Tanah Rizab Melayu Di Negeri Selangor, MALAYSIA

This project commenced in October 2000, which involves all Malay Reservation Land (MRL) in the State of Selangor. Total acreage of land is about 400,000 acres that spread over the 9 districts of Selangor. The main objective of the project is to carry out a feasibility study on the economic potentials of these lands where the ultimate output of the project is the implementation of viable pilot projects. The services rendered are:

• Data management in GIS format inclusive of data entry, data analysis and presentation for strategic planning;
• Master plan for developments on MRL with identification of suitable modules;
• Project management of study team inclusive of overall project scheduling, aspects of concern, financial planning and man-power distribution;
• Identifying pilot project location and product together with potential investors; and
• Financial analysis to evaluate the potentials of pilot projects, including details cash flow preparation to ensure smooth implementation.
