DNA was entrusted to manage this project from the feasibility stage up to the site supervision, inclusive of the design works. This project is one of a kind being implemented in Malaysia, where the water village is to be promoted as a tourist destination.
The entire project is planned to be carried out in two phases. The first phase concentrates on the improvement of the basic infrastructure facilities such as the sewerage system, water system, electrical system, and and access walkway within the area. The second phase activities focus on the gradual preparation of the inhabitants to accept tourism as part of their daily routine.
